Dana, who just released her new book, I Wish Someone Had Told Me, went on to say, “I do a lot of strength training and yoga, and I try to always hit those goals that they set for you at the beginning of the month.
“I try to get a gold medal in each one, challenging, but doable,” the anchor shared. And if fans thought that was it, they’re wrong, as her day hasn’t even started yet.
“Because I do a morning show from nine to 11 am and then another show, which is basically five to six, but I have to be there by four. I have some hours in the middle of the day, and I try to do at least one other thing that has to do with movement.
“Usually it’s a private Pilates lesson. Sometimes it is a ballroom dancing lesson. Well, actually quite a bit. It’s a ballroom dancing lesson,” she admitted.

“I keep it kind of private, but now obviously it’s out in the open,” Dana said with a cheeky grin.
Finally, Dana explained how she winds down at the end of her busy day, saying: “At some point, either between three and five or right after the six o’clock show I will do some sort of stretch, because if not I’m like a ball of tension and stretching has become one of the most important things I’ve done in my life.”
The Fox star’s routine revelation comes on the heels of her new book release.
